Welcome to Sorelli Social LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking our services, submitting payment, or using our website, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
​
1.1 Sorelli Social LLC provides curated bloom bar and flower cart services, including floral styling, setup, breakdown, and interactive bouquet-making experiences (“Services”).
​
1.2 Services are based on selected packages and add-ons at the time of booking. While overall styling may vary slightly due to flower availability and seasonality, Sorelli Social LLC retains creative discretion to ensure quality and aesthetic consistency.
​
1.3 Services will begin at the scheduled start time. If the Client or guests arrive late, service time may be shortened without refund.
​
1.4 The Client is responsible for ensuring adequate space, access, and supervision during the service period.
​
1.5 Sorelli Social LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue Services if conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with Company policies.
2. Weather and Location
​
2.1 Bloom bar services may take place indoors or outdoors. Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions including heat, rain, wind, and uneven terrain.
​
2.2 If weather or location conditions are deemed unsafe or damaging to florals or equipment, Sorelli Social LLC may recommend rescheduling, relocating, or modifying the setup.
​
2.3 If the Client chooses to proceed despite weather or location advisories, the Client assumes all associated risks and releases Sorelli Social LLC from liability related to weather-related damage or outcomes.
​
2.4 Public venues (parks, sidewalks, apartment common areas) may involve foot traffic and interruptions. Privacy and exclusivity are not guaranteed.
3. Payment
​
3.1 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bloom bar bookings. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the event date.
​
3.2 All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable.
3.3 Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Venmo and cash. Processing or transaction fees may apply.
3.4 A refundable damage or security deposit may be required depending on the event size or location. This deposit will be returned after inspection, less any deductions for damage or loss.
4. Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund

4.1 One reschedule may be permitted with at least a 72 hour written notice, subject to availability.
​
4.2 Reschedule requests made after the notice period or additional reschedules may incur fees.
​
4.3 Cancellations for any reason do not qualify for refunds.
​
4.4 If Sorelli Social LLC determines that Services cannot safely proceed due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, the Client may reschedule for a future date. No refunds will be issued.
5. Equipment
​
5.1 All flower carts, vessels, tools, signage, and décor remain the exclusive property of Sorelli Social LLC.
​
5.2 Clients and guests may not sit on, lean on, move, or misuse equipment.
​
5.3 The Client is responsible for all equipment from setup through breakdown.
​
5.4 Flowers are for bouquet creation only and may not be removed in bulk or misused.
6. Damages Policy
​
The Client assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment or materials during the service period.
​
Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the Client at full value and deducted from any applicable damage deposit.
7. Advertising
​
Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event, the Client grants Sorelli Social LLC permission to photograph and video the bloom bar setup and event details for marketing, promotional, social media, and advertising purposes.
​
No personal identifying information will be shared without consent.
8. Alcohol
​
If alcohol is present at the event, the Client is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, permits, and venue rules.
​
Sorelli Social LLC is not responsible for alcohol service, monitoring consumption, or any incidents related to alcohol use.
9. Liability
​
9.1 Sorelli Social LLC is not liable for personal injury, allergic reactions, property damage, or loss arising from participation in or use of the bloom bar services.
​
9.2 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sorelli Social LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the event.
​
9.3 Sorelli Social LLC is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather, acts of God, venue restrictions, or government regulations.
10. Agreement
​
By making a deposit, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
11. Modifications
​
Sorelli Social LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
12. Governing Law
​
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within California.
